Appointments for returning clients can also be handled easily. SmartPrac allows the access to treatment notes of patients with perfect security. All notes are safely stored on servers, ensuring that data are legally compliant. SmartPrac's advanced features allows the user to create invoices or update accounts in a quick, stress-free manner. There is a feature which allows you to collect payments from the appointment scheduling page, if the client/patient requests a printed copy, there is an option for invoice printing too. This system can also run analytics on doctor’s practice with real time reports like transaction reports and appointment reports. User can access charts from specific dates. If a doctor is doing multidisciplinary practice, these charts will reveal which discipline is contributing the most revenue to doctor’s practice.
The main purpose for building this project was to manage the multidisciplinary practice in smooth manner. All the supporting systems such as Doctor/Patients details, fresh appointments, and recurring appointments can be easily managed. Automated notifications are sent to the concerned person on regular basis. This system provides a very efficient reporting system where several types of report can be generated within seconds.
