Kwinshi Booking System was developed to facilitate the customers to search for any type of services they require on a single click from their device. Customer can search any kind of service in any city provided the required service is available on the application. Customers can view the details for the service provider along with the reviews posted by other customers, this become easier for the customer to decide that whether to opt for this service or not. This system also provides a facility to generated support ticket regarding the service provider if customer is not happy with their services. This system also helps to keep a track for the upcoming jobs for the service provider in the form of calendar where all the jab details gets logged. A flexible payment system has been designed in such a way that customer can pay some amount as upfront payment of the total amount which needs to be paid after the job is completed by vendor.
